Jaxson's Birthday

We had a Brewer's birthday for Jaxson's first birthday party! We are having a big party on Saturday too! Jaxson had a blast and got a lot of great presents and a wonderful handmade train from Papa No-No! It was a great day!

Spring Weather!

Madison and Jaxson have loved being able to play outside while I am home on Spring Break! We hope the weather continues! Madison got a new bigger girl big the other day and she road it all the way to Grandma Pam's school! Jaxson got a new truck for his birthday! He likes trying to drive it (and so does Madison!)

Madison and Jaxson have had a great time playing with all of the new toys that they got for Christmas. Jaxson decided he needed to ham it up for the camera and Madison tried to avoid it at all costs.

Sledding

We were let out of school early last week and Madison wanted to go sledding. I didn't want to go driving anywhere, so I took both kids in their sleds around the block. Jaxson hated having his hood on and had it ripped off about halfway through. As soon as we got home, Madison wanted to go again!!

Crawling

Jaxson has recently started crawling I haven't gotten the best video, but here is one. He keeps getting faster and loves going to the gate and watching the dogs!

Snow Day

We had our first snow day of the year today! We got about 14 inches of snow in Portage! Madison had a blast outside helping Daddy "shovel".

Jaxson loves playing and jumping in his jumperoo and his big sister Madison is always there encouraging him! (I hope that always continues!!!)

Here are a few cute pictures that I have taken lately. My babies are getting so big and I am sad that I am going to have to go back to work and won't be able to spend the days with them:(

Play Date

We were able to have the Monte's over for a play date! It was great for Madison to have some girls to play with! Jaxson and max had some quality bonding time in the shade with the mommies! I think everyone had a great time and hopefully we can do it again!

Little Slugger

Madison had her last t-ball last week! She really started to get the hang of playing toward the end and was really having a great time! She is already asking when she gets to play again!

The Big Slide!

Madison loved the big sack slide at the fair. She must have rode it 5 times. I thought that she was going to rip her arm off on the first try however as she tried to hold on the the side as she is flying down and she looked terrified as she came down, but immediately wanted to go again! She loved it and of course did it a couple more times!

Fair and Zoo

We have taken the kids to the zoo and the Columbia Co. fair. Madison had a great time at both places and Jaxson was a good sport and did like seeing some of the animals. Madison wanted him to come on the rides at the fair with her however!! She had a blast on all of the rides and wanted to do them all! She did manage to drag Mommy on the Tilt-o-Whirl and the Scrambler. I felt like I was going to puke and Madison asked if we could go again! Another sign of getting old I guess!

Randoms

Summer has been going way too fast! Madison got a box of goodies from Oriental Trading and right away, she wanted to make something. She made two animal masks so that she and Jaxson could play with them! It was really cute. We have also been keeping busy with t-ball, bike riding, and just life in general. My babies also took their first bath together the other night. Jaxson in his tub (which he is getting way too big for) and Madison in the big girl tub!

Cereal

Jaxson has been trying some cereal and it has been going fairly well. He seemed to like it! He has been sick for the last few days, so we have out it on hold, but hope to resume soon! I forget what a mess they make and how funny it is to watch the reaction of something new!
