Madison's Doggies

Madison is a big dog lover. She loves to help Daddy feed the dogs and wants to play with them all the time! She is always trying to feed them some of her treats and bossing them around. She wants to have them on the bed with her and she loves petting them. She will clap and yell their names if she wants them to do something. She wags that little finger at them if they are being naughty and it is the cutest thing. Russ recently taught her how to play fetch with them. She doesn't like to throw the ball, but she tells them when to go. She also loves to givve them hugs and cuddle with them.

Easter Egg Hunt

I know that Easter was awhile ago, but I finally got my pictures off my camera and I thought I could share them anyway. This was the first year we had a true egg hunt for Madison. She loved it! The Easter Bunny brought her many eggs filled with money for her piggy banks! He also hid her Easter Basket in the bathtub, which she thought was very funny!

Madison had a great time coloring Easter Eggs! She wanted to put them in all by herself. It was so cute to watch! She definately didn't understand the idea of being gentle!

Rikki and Jason's Wedding

Sorry it has been so long since the last post. We have been very busy. In December, we were all asked to be part of Rikki and Jason's Wedding day! We all had a great time. Madison ripped her dress 10 minutes before pictures and I paniced, but all was worked out and the dress managed to hang on until the end of the night. She was a little dancing queen and made it longer into the night than I thought she would ever make it.

I love talking on my cell phone. Great Grandma and Grandpa Hill bought my a Barbie phone for Christmas and I talk on it all the time. I call my friends from daycare and we laugh together on the phone!

Tea Party

Madison playing tea party with the tea set she got from Uncle Michael and Aunt Trisha. She hasn't quite mastered the art of drinking from her tea cup, but her outfit got a bath, which would explain why we are down to a onesie! Madison is great at making sure that everyone always has a fresh cup! She is a great sharer!

Just Starting

I know that not everyone is able to see Madison all the time and I thought that this would be a great way to keep in touch and watch her grow. Madison is really starting to talk!! Knowing Russ and I, once she starts, I don't think she will ever stop! I am amazed at how much she is learning and what she is comprehending! She likes to play with her doggies and boss them around! Right now, she is learning how to go potty on the "big girl" potty. She needs to read her magazine (I wonder where she got that from?!). She also likes to use the toilet paper and wave bye-bye to her potty when she flushes! We are definately getting sick of the snow and cold weather! Madison was able to go sledding down the snow bank that has accumulated in our front yard, which was great fun for her!
